Philips BDP3406/F7 1080p review

Philips BDP3406/F7 1080p review
Philips BDP3406/F7 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player - Black

I played this for my birthday from my wife and I November 23, 2011, when I opened the box and have everything set, I was surprised. Start-up is automatically turned on and 47"Vizio HDTV, and I turned to the correct input, the HDMI-1. This feature is pretty neat.

I decided to try to include a condition WIFI DONGLE. But it was impossible to find. Ilooked online and a few others seem to have the same problem I was a little'disappointed Dalistylin and Amazon, but most of us know that the day before Thanksgiving and I had to wait. I decided to play with the WiFi settings, and to my surprise, a built-in WiFi. It 'was my internet connection, no problem.

I decided to take it home to my parents' house for the weekend and try to connectwirelessly as well. No problem, on the other side of the house with Qwest (Century Link)wireless router of them - 4 bar I set the laptop to my Netflix which is configured and connected. the same - four bars, I started Netflix streaming without problems as well. I did not update the firmware as their Internet connection is a bit 'slow.

And many others.
Early start.
Automatically turned on the TV to enter the correct information.
- Check the time to know that in the film.
- Contrary to Dalistylin said that players will resume where it left off, even if you close your Blu-ray.
The DVD upconversion is excellent.
-Port USB to other video formats and BD-Live (I have not played with this feature yet, though).
-Great on the built-in WiFi.

Cons:.
-Remote is very cheap and often have to hit it really hard to answer.
- As far as I know, Netflix and Vudu is the only option for streaming. But I did not updatethe firmware yet to see.
